WEDDING CEREMONIES

 The first form we will fill out together is the NOIM (notice of intent to marry form.) I then like to get to know my couples; how they met and about their family and friends. I will provide you with all the resources you need to get started on creating a ceremony for you. You can include your loved ones in your ceremony with readings, poems or rituals. 

(A 50% deposit is required at this meeting, with the remaining to be paid 2 weeks prior to the ceremony.)

  Forms you need to bring to 'our first meeting'

- Original Birth Certificate 

- Photographic ID to confirm identities

- Passport if born outside Australia

- Divorce or Death Certificate

(if previously married or deceased spouse)

- Names of 2 witnesses (must be over 18)

I usually like to have another meeting with my couples 1 month prior to the big day,  just to finalise any changes or go through any last-minute updates.

This second meeting will set your mind at ease and ensure the day will proceed  as planned

  I strongly advise a Reversal Day, as you can never be too prepared. These rehearsals are usually held the day before the ceremony where you will have a chance to go through all the steps, like walking down the aisle, music, microphone etc. Let’s make sure you are totally comfortable before your special day arrives. There will also be some legal paperwork that needs to be signed.

  As part of my service, I will complete and lodge all the legal paperwork. You will receive a Marriage Certificate and Envelope, plus a copy of your marriage ceremony script.  I will also supply the PA system for the ceremony and the table/chairs for the signing of the legal documents and official documentation.
