Create your dream ceremony

The first form we will fill out together is the NOIM (notice of intent to marry form). I then like to get to know my couples; how they met and about their family and friends. Together, we'll create your dream ceremony, and I will provide you with all the resources you need to get started on planning your Mackay wedding ceremonies. You can include your loved ones in your ceremony with readings, poems, or rituals. (A 50% deposit is required at this meeting, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the ceremony.)

Forms you need to bring to 'our first meeting' to help create your dream ceremony for Mackay wedding ceremonies:  

- Original Birth Certificate  

- Photographic ID to confirm identities  

- Passport if born outside Australia  

- Divorce or Death Certificate (if previously married or deceased spouse)  

- Names of 2 witnesses (must be over 18)

I usually like to have another meeting with my couples 1 month prior to the big day, just to finalize any changes or go through any last-minute updates. This second meeting will help you create your dream ceremony and set your mind at ease, ensuring that your Mackay wedding ceremonies proceed as planned with your wedding celebrant.

I strongly advise a Reversal Day to help you create your dream ceremony, as you can never be too prepared. These rehearsals are typically held the day before the ceremony, providing you with the chance to go through all the steps, such as walking down the aisle, coordinating music, and checking the microphone. Let’s ensure you are completely comfortable before your special day arrives. There will also be some legal paperwork that needs to be signed with your Mackay wedding ceremonies celebrant.

As part of my service as a wedding celebrant for Mackay wedding ceremonies, I will complete and lodge all the legal paperwork for you. You will receive a Marriage Certificate and Envelope, along with a copy of your marriage ceremony script, to help you create your dream ceremony. Additionally, I will provide the PA system for the ceremony, as well as the table and chairs for the signing of the legal documents and official documentation.
